Paul is not a newcomer to the healthcare industry. He has spent the better part of 12 years dealing with the ever-changing face of health benefits. After being employed by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama for 10 years as both a claims analyst and then subrogation specialist he found his calling in helping people navigate this complex business of health care.

 

Paul has spent the last 6 years in doing just that as the Chief Operations Officer for both United American Assurance and Providence Benefits, LLC. He is now the proud owner of Covenant Benefit Group, a full-service health and life benefit consulting firm that specializes in maximizing benefits while reducing costs to both the employer and employee.

Paul is not only about the business, he is also very civic minded. He is the Mayor of his town of Lake View Alabama and is very active in his church with service with both missions and youth activities. He values his church and family in that order and has been a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church for 23 years.

He has been married for 23 years and has 2 children. When Paul is not busy working, he enjoys telling jokes, cheering on his Alabama Crimson Tide, and smoking a good cigar with friends.
